Send to friendA training and information support will be developed using e-learning strategies. With two dimensions: Synchronous on-line training support and Asynchronous knowledge support. In this category, around 15 e-learning courses / modules will be developed using open source and commercial softwares with all inbuilt customizing content management system (CMS). These courses /modules will have several units built on number of Reusable Learning Objects (RLOs). Using these RLOs many courses can be customized to cater to the needs of cross section of rice workers.
